1. Overview
At Vihana Designerrs Studio, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer general returns or refunds.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in specific cases, as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept returns or provide replacements only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The size delivered is different from what was ordered
To be eligible:
- The item must be in original condition and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt/order details)
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return/replacement request:
A 360° unboxing video is compulsory
The video must be:
- Unedited, continuous, and clear
- Showing the parcel from the beginning
- Clearly displaying the shipping label
- Clearly showing the defect/issue
⚠️ Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
4. Reporting Time
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests after this period will not be considered
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns/replacements will not be accepted for:
- Minor issues (e.g., loose threads)
- Slight color differences due to lighting or photography
- Products that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery
6. Replacement Policy
Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if:
- The item is damaged
- Wrong product is delivered
- Wrong size is sent
Replacement is subject to availability
If unavailable, alternative solutions may be provided
7. Return Shipping
- We do not offer return pickup services
- Customers must send the product back to our address
- Shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Bank processing time may vary

11. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item is received
- There is a size mismatch
We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
